Authorities said the murder occurred around 9 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies said they received reports of shots being fired just before finding the body of an unidentified Hispanic man who appeared to be in his late teens or early 20s.
His body was found lying in an alley off the 1200 block of 14th Street.
Deputies said witnesses saw two groups of men running in the area at the time of the shooting.
No arrests have been made so far.
