At least five players were sick this week, and the team said several players had to miss practice days, including Kris Dielman, Marcus McNeill and Eric Weddle.
All of the affected players were at practice Friday and Saturday, and they are all listed as possible starters on Sunday.
The Chargers-Dolphins game will be televised on Channel 8 at 1 p.m. Sunday. Official kickoff time is 1:15 p.m.
