A fire broke out at the Diamond Terrace condos near 9th Avenue and K Street around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
According to firefighters, a heater near a closet started a fire in one of the units, triggering the sprinkler system.
The sprinklers extinguished the fire and no one was injured.
