SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) - James Pitts is all too familiar with San Diego courtrooms, but today the man who's used to asking questions in court was answering them instead.
It involves the case of Jovan Jackson, the manager of a local medical marijuana collective charged with illegally selling the drug to an undercover officer.
Pitts, a deputy district attorney, went to the clinic site at the recommendation of his doctor.
Now he may be called to defend a man who used to run it as a high profile witness in a case being brought to trial by his own office.
