Suspected DUI driver crashes SUV into apartment

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A San Diego State student is hurt, after an SUV crashed into her apartment around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The apartment is located on Collwood Boulevard and Montezuma Road in the College Area.

Police say the impact threw the 20-year-old resident across a room. She's being treated for a separated shoulder.

The driver is in custody on suspicion of DUI.
