Q.
Should I stay the night with my fiance the night before the wedding? We have lived together for a few years and I want to make sure that we both sleep as well as possible before the big day -- I would hate to have one of us sleep somewhere new. Is that okay?

A. How you spend the night before the wedding is entirely up to you -- the key is, like you said, to get as much sleep as possible.

If you've been living together, it can seem kind of weird and old-fashioned to suddenly move out for the night. That said, make sure that you really believe your nerves won't get the better of you -- if you're tossing and turning all night because you're excited about the big day, you'll both be regretting it once the sun rises!

Many brides opt to let their fiance stay at home while turning their last night into a girl's night, staying at a hotel with their maid of honor or with all of their bridesmaids (whose job it is to make sure that after all the gossip and giggling, you catch some serious z's).

Bottom line: Do what feels right for you (and your fiance!), and you won't have to worry about yawning during your vows.
