      Here's what you need to know:

    • Contestants must be 18 years or older at the time of the application.

    • Contestants must be a US citizen and living in the United States.

    • Contestants must be in excellent physical and mental health.

    • All applicants must authorize Producers to conduct a background check.

    • Contestants MUST bring a completed application form and signed release and waiver form. Download the Application and eligibility form HERE »

    • Auditions will be limited to 2 minutes. Be prepared to record a video on why you should be the next Survivor! There are no re-takes. Be creative, have fun, you can bring your own props – Note restrictions below.

    • CBS 8 will tape your audition and send it to the SURVIVOR casting team. If you are submitting your own personal tape it is a 3 minute maximum time, however, in this open audition you will be limited to 2 minutes.

    • Space is limited, so get there early to get a spot. Auditions will start 9am Wednesday, December 16, rain or shine. Auditions will be filmed in a tent. You will be waiting in line outside - please dress accordingly. Sunscreen recommended.

    • No alcohol.

    • No open fires.

    • No propane or butane stoves or heaters, i.e. no open flames, no Coleman stoves, or lanterns.

    • No weapons. If Security believes something might be a weapon they will inspect the item and will determine in their judgement as to whether or not it is a weapon.

    • No cameras or laptops allowed in the Casino.

    • No one under 18 will be admitted into the Casino.

    • No animals are allowed on Casino Pauma property.

    • Tents and sleeping bags will be allowed in the audition line from Tuesday, Dec. 15 at 5:30 pm until Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 7:00am. (Just a note: in past auditions, people have arrived one day early).

    REMINDER:
    You must download the application form and have it filled out and ready when you come to the audition.
