A border tunnel under construction near Tijuana’s airport was discovered and shut down by Mexican authorities.
Video shows the tunnel being six feet tall and 400 feet long.
Investigators said the tunnel was still 500 feet short of reaching the U.S.
At least 15 people have been arrested in connection with the tunnel.
Mexican agents also seized 275 pounds of marijuana.
