Post Office & Mail Delivery Information

The San Diego County wildfires have forced the evacuation and closure of Post Offices throughout the county. As a result, retail service and mail delivery was cancelled or curtailed in a number of locations.

This mail is being staged and will be delivered as soon as evacuation orders are rescinded and employees and residents can return to affected areas.

The Postal Service has established alternate mail pick-up locations for some residents. Those customers can pick up their mail at the locations listed below. Please have photo ID with you to pick up your mail.

Mail Pick Up Hours:

Wednesday, October 24
1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday, October 25
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Mail for Dulzura, Jamul, Potrero and Tecate residents will be available at:

The El Cajon Main Post Office

Mail for Ramona Residents will be available at:

Carmel Mountain Post Office in Room 117

Mail for Bonsall and Fallbrook residents will be available at:

The Murrieta Carrier Annex

The following Post Offices are closed until further notice (no mail delivery or retail services):
