Posted: Updated:

SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Chargers tackle Jeromey Clary, an exclusive rights free agent, signed his one-year contract tender Monday.

Clary started all 16 games at right tackle in 2008. A sixth-round draft pick in 2006, he's started 22 of 32 career games.

Clary moved into the starting lineup in December 2007, taking over for Shane Olivea.
