Two Navy ships have arrived at their new home port of San Diego Friday, as part of a Navy plan to save money.
The anti-mine ships USS Chief and USS Warrior were previously homeported in Ingleside, Texas. But the Ingleside base is being closed as part of a consolidation process.
Now, the ships and some 170 sailors have been relocated to America's Finest City.
