Forms are available on the registrar's Web site at www.sdvote.com, at the Registrar of Voters office in Kearny Mesa, post offices, public libraries, city clerk's offices and Department of Motor Vehicles locations.
The Registrar of Voters will be open until 9 p.m. Monday to accept registration forms. All forms must be postmarked on or before May 4.
