A man accused of selling a toddler he babysat to a pedophile for sex acts will stand trial.
Twenty-four-year-old Aaron Zendejas waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday. Prosecutors say he was paid $150 to $200 by 30-year-old Jared Yaffe for a three-year-old boy.
Zendejas is also accused of offering to get Yaffe a one-year-old.
A trial for Zendejas is set to begin July 20.
Yaffe still has not been caught.
