Posted: Updated:
Investigators are combing through the house of Barry and Carol Sandberg, the couple found brutally murdered in the bedroom of their Bay Park home Thursday.

Forensic teams were seen taking bags of evidence from the home on Geronimo Avenue with the hopes of finding clues that will lead detectives to the person or persons who killed Barry Sandberg, 63, and his wife Carol, 61.

The Sandbergs, who were married 30 years, were found dead in the upstairs bedroom of their home Thursday. Authorities at first ruled it a suspicious death, as investigators looked into the possibility of a murder-suicide.

However, after further investigation authorities said the couple was murdered.

Investigators also noted a motorcycle missing from the home. It is a 1991 Harley Davidson soft-tail model, with a license number of HARLYD.
