Sycuan Development is looking for workers to staff the new Gateway Marina.
The project is currently under construction in National City.
Once it's completed next month, it will include a Best Western Hotel, a Buster's Beach House and Longboard Bar, among other businesses.
The job fair kicked off Wednesday and is being held at National City's Recreation Center, which is located at 148 East 12th Street.
