Another dream come true for one brave little boy

Another dream come true for one brave little boy

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) - From LaDanian Tomlinson and Darren Sproles to Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, six-year-old Brandon Shively is fulfilling his dreams, one day at a time.

When we come across a priceless moment, we savor it forever. At six years old, Brandon Shively is quickly holding on to them all.

It was only two months ago when doctors told Brandon he had an inoperable brain tumor.

"It's the worst cancer in the worst place," his mother said.

Brandon is fulfilling his dreams, like when News 8 followed him when he spent time with his Charger heroes.

The next wish on Brandon's list was fulfilled by viewers. Michelle Roman and her husband Steve were watching our broadcast when they decided to step up to the plate. They bought Brandon's family three tickets to Disneyland.

"I'm a mom. I can't imagine going through something like that," Michelle said.

"There is a whole life in front of him that he may not experience. That eats you up inside," Steve said.

It's another wish provided to a boy who is quickly crossing them off his list.
