The man accused in a crash that killed a pregnant woman heads to court Wednesday.
Joseph Venegas is set to appear for arraignment, after three previous court appearances were postponed because of a medical scare.
Venegas is facing vehicular manslaughter and DUI charges. He was allegedly drunk when he crashed his SUV into a parked car, killing 21-year-old Elaina Ortiz and her unborn son.
Venegas could get 16 years in prison, if convicted.
