Toyota announced Tuesday that it is halting sales of eight vehicle models as it works to correct a problem with sticking accelerator pedals in some models. The company, whose North American headquarters are in Torrance, announced a recall of 2.3 million vehicles last week.
The affected vehicles are:
- 2007-10 Camry
- 2009-10 RAV4
- 2009-10 Corolla
- 2009-10 Matrix
- 2005-10 Avalon
- 2010 Highlander
- 2007-10 Tundra
- 2008-10 Sequoia
