SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) - One person has died after flipping and rolling an SUV on southbound Interstate 5 at B Street in the downtown area.
Southbound I-5 traffic is stopped at the S curve. On the northbound I-5, there is an advisory due to looky lou traffic. It's stop and go all the way out of Chula Vista south of Highway 54.
Any drivers heading south on Interstate 5, be aware that authorities are diverting traffic to the eastbound 94.
The south 163 is closed. As an alternate take I-5 north or head into downtown. Westbound 94 is being let onto I-5 north.
If you need to access I-5 south, use an onramp that is south of B Street.
