CrimeFighters Manhunt: Donald Levette Miner

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) - The News 8 CrimeFighters are helping authorities in a countywide manhunt for a documented gang member who's wanted by state parole agents.

Donald Levette Miner, 40, is a documented gang member wanted for violating the terms of his parole.

Miner has a history of assault with a deadly weapon, battery, auto theft and narcotic-related offenses.

He's a black male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, about 220 pounds with a shaved head and brown eyes. He's known to hang out on El Cajon Boulevard in the College Area.

If you have any information, call San Diego Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-TIPS. If you see this fugitive, call police. Do not approach him.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest. You can remain anonymous and still be eligible for reward money.

    In 2006, the city of San Diego began allowing political campaigns to electronically file their financial reports, giving the public easy access to information on money in city politics. The county of San Diego wasn’t as quick to make the same kind of information available and continues to lag behind the city’s efforts.
