CLEVELAND – LeBron James is the talk of the town even in his absence.
James was not at the King City Classic as part of his Nike-sponsored basketball camp on Thursday, hours before the free agent was set to announce which team he'll sign with.
Some of college basketball's top coaches including Duke's Mike Krzyzewski, North Carolina's Roy Williams, West Virginia's Bob Huggins and Syracuse's Jim Boeheim are at Cleveland State University watching high school stars and waiting to see if James will show up.
Every one wants to know what's next, and there's rampant speculation that James is considering Miami to join Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.
Boeheim says it might not matter where James ends up: "Whatever happens I don't think anyone is going to beat the Lakers anyway."
