Grilling with Styles: Teriyaki-soaked pork chops

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) - Double this recipe if you would like some dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp. minced garlic

2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced

Pinch of red chili flakes

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in glass bowl, double the recipe if you would like some dipping sauce. Place thick pork chops on glass baking dish and cover with Teriyaki, be sure to turn chops regularly to keep covered. Do not over marinade, no more than 2 hours. Rub grill down with oiled cloth before placing chop over medium heat, be sure not to ever cook
