
I've tried to be good about exercising in general, but I'm amazed at the weight loss that walking is providing. I mean I've heard about how good a regular walk can be at fat-burning (versus an aerobic conditioning workout) but it's pretty wild how things are progressing.
This week has been a little humid the past couple of days, but if you're not a regular viewer of News8 you'll be happy to learn that the late July weather (read: late April weather) we had will be back for most of this week.
