Extreme Heat Coming This Weekend

Here's one for the "it figures" file - summer is over, but NOW we're getting the extreme heat.

The National Weather Service here in San Diego has issued a Special Weather Statement for the heat this weekend, when temperatures inland will top 100F degrees in many spots - and even along the coastline it's going to get to near 90F degrees.

Your training of late may not have required so much rehydration, since it's been so cool, but you'll notice the difference this weekend. Train accordingly!
