POTRERO CNS) - A jack-knifed tractor-trailer truck blocked all eastbound lanes of state Route 94 in Potrero for almost three hours Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The noninjury crash was reported to the CHP at 4:43 a.m., and the agency responded by immediately issuing a SigAlert.
About 7:30 a.m., the highway was reopened and the SigAlert was canceled.
