SAN DIEGO (CNS) - San Diego police gang detectives Monday were investigating a shooting in Bay Terraces in which a 35-year-old man was shot in a cheek.
The victim was confronted by two other men in the 7700 block of Prairie Mound Way about 9:20 p.m. Sunday, according to San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.
The other men issued a gang challenge prior to the gunfire, Delimitros said, adding they wore all dark clothing and were last seen leaving on foot, westbound on Prairie Mound Way.
