SAN DIEGO (CNS) - San Diego police Wednesday sought a man who exposed himself to an 8-year-old girl near Memorial Community Park.
The man was fondling himself in a car in the 3000 block of Valle Avenue about 3 p.m. Monday when the girl rode by on her scooter, police said.
The girl told her parents what she saw, and they reported it to police.
The man was described as white, 35-45 years old, with a thin build and a shaved head, police said. He was wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.
