Wet weather forces closure of I-5 on-ramp again

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) – It's been a wet weekend here in San Diego, as a long winter storm settles in.

In this News 8 video story, Rekha Muddaraj reports with some of the problems the rain is causing, including the shut down of a well-traveled on-ramp along Interstate 5.
