SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) - The parents of a local teenager killed in a drive-by shooting in December are still grieving, and now they're pleading for the public's help in finding their son's killer.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.

Back on December 3rd, 18-year old Edgar Luna was shot in the head while hanging out with a group of people in the 200 block of Lustrosos Street in Oceanside.

He died a few days later.

Today, Luna's family and friends, as well as Oceanside police, went door-to-door in the same neighborhood he was shot—asking if anyone saw something that night.

Luna's father says his family is heartbroken.

If you have any information on this shooting, call Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
