Shhhh! Will new cell phone rules tick off Tiger?

TORREY PINES (CBS 8) - No need to leave your cell phones at home if you're heading to the Farmer's Insruance Open at Torrey Pines.

A change in spectator rules at the tournament allows golf fans to bring their phones onto the course this year.
