SAN DIEGO (AP) — The San Diego Chargers say outside linebacker Shaun Phillips has been added to the AFC Pro Bowl squad.
Phillips replaces James Harrison of the Super Bowl-bound Pittsburgh Steelers.
It's the first Pro Bowl invite for Phillips. He'll join quarterback Philip Rivers and guard Kris Dielman as Chargers representatives. Antonio Gates also was selected but will not play due to a foot injury.
