Padres reinstate Latos from DL, option LeBlanc

SAN DIEGO (AP) — The San Diego Padres have reinstated ace Mat Latos from the 15-day disabled list in time to start Monday night's game against the Cincinnati Reds.

Latos began the season on the DL with a sore right shoulder.

To make room on the roster, Wade LeBlanc was optioned to Triple-A Tucson.
