5-year-old Luis giggling his way into a forever family's heart

Five-year-old Luis has been with the same foster family for nearly two years and while they love him and have given him stability, what Luis needs, and what he deserves, is a forever family.

News 8 was told that five-year-old Luis is shy at first and slow to warm up to people, but during our playdate at the park, it took only minutes for his captivating and engaging personality to shine.

Luis is such a lovely little boy, he is so cute, he's got dimples to die for. You just want to pick him up, squeeze him and take him home," said protective services worker Gisella Aguilar.

Luis is outgoing, friendly and trusting. He needs parents who will be there to catch him when he falls, parents to come up with creative ways to help him master the monkey bars.

"Once he gets to play with you and you have a conversation with him, he is just there and wants to play and wants to do anything with you. He's very, very cute," continued Aguilar.

Luis is happy go lucky and his giggles are infectious.

"You see his smile and it makes you smile, if he giggles, you want to giggle, laughs, he's so cute, so cute," Aguilar explained.

He would have any forever family jumping for joy.

"In Luis' own words, he would like a family who will cook for him and take him to Chuck E Cheese for his birthday, very simple requests from a five-year-old boy," said Aguilar.

And Luis is hoping to find that family before Christmas, which is his favorite holiday and also his birthday.

Some say Luis is tough like Iron Man and just like any good superhero, Luis deserves justice, which for this adorable boy, would come in the form of a forever family.
