SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Despite problems with rising costs and delays, Lockheed Martin says the F-35 joint strike fighter program is back on track.
The plane manufacturer says 2011 has been a turning point for the F-35 and to help share the good news, they brought a flight simulator to Kearny Mesa that they just couldn't keep Jeff Zevely out of.
