SAN DIEGO (CNS) - One person sustained serious injuries Monday when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a sports utility vehicle at a Grantville intersection.
The incident occurred shortly before 10 a.m., at the intersection of Camino Del Rio North and Fairmount Avenue, police said. An unidentified man was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a Ford Explorer.
The rider was taken by ambulance to an area hospital, police said.
Camino del Rio North remained closed north of Fairmount Avenue while officers continued to investigate the incident.
