ESCONDIDO (CNS) - A man suffered life threatening injuries when he was stabbed in the neck during a fight with another man.
Police responded to a report of a fight between two men at a house in the 1600 block of Cherry Place, near East Grand Avenue, shortly after 5:40 a.m., said police Lt. Craig Carter.
Police arrived to find the victim, whose name was not released, suffering from a stab wound to the neck, Carter said. The victim was taken to an area hospital and reported to be in stable condition.
The suspect, Alexander Twedt, 29, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
