SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A man robbed a Midway grocery store pharmacy counter Saturday and police continued to search for the suspect.
The suspect entered the Ralphs in the 3500 block of Sports Arena Boulevard about 11:15 a.m., according to San Diego police Officer Frank Cali.
The man walked to the pharmacy counter, simulated a weapon and made a demand to the clerk.
The suspect left the store and was last seen walking northbound toward the Kolby's Swap Meet, Cali said.
The suspect was described a 5-foot-8 inch white man in his late 40s. He wore a white T-shirt with a green and black design and a black hat.
