SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A man accused of leading police on a chase from Pacific Beach to the border, is scheduled to be in court for arraignment Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say 28-year-old Francisco Bojado ignored officers, and continued to drive after crossing several spike strips.
A customs agent at San Ysidro fired shots, as Bojado and a female passenger tried to make a run for it.
No one was injured.
Bojado and his passenger were arrested, the woman was later released.
