SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Bargain hunters are helping stocks rebound a bit Tuesday, with the Dow edging back above the 11,000 mark mid-morning. This one day after a more than 600-point slide that left many panicking.

So what are you supposed to do during these tough economic times?
