SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 52-year-old man in San Diego Sunday was shot in the back and suffered a graze wound to his eye while he was inside his home, a police officer said.
The shooting at 3059 Market St. was reported to police at 2:16 a.m., said San Diego police officer David Stafford.
Paramedics rushed the man to an area hospital where he was treated for his non-life threatening gunshot wounds, Stafford said. The victim was uncooperative with police.
