SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A woman reported being raped in a convenience store parking lot in Hillcrest early Tuesday, police said.
The alleged rape occurred sometime before 1 a.m. in the 7-Eleven parking lot at 1602 University Ave., between Richmond Street and Park Boulevard, said San Diego police Detective Gary Hassen.
The woman described her attacker as a Hispanic man in his 40s, about 5-feet, 9-inches and 180 pounds, with tattoos on his body, Hassen said. He wore a white top and red pants.
