SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - One lucky couple is heading home with a brand new $15,000 engagement ring Sunday.
The second annual Charles Koll Diamond Dash took place around San Diego Sunday afternoon.
200 teams participated in the real world treasure hunt and at the end of the day, the team with the most points went home with the ring.
"So some clues they have to go to a certain place and maybe find a word on a plaque. Other clues for instance, they're gonna come find me at my table and I'm going to give them a task to do. Than once they complete the task, I'll give them the answer they then text in," Susan G. Komen Board of Directors, Bethel Nathan said.
The dash was free, but participants were asked to make a donation. All the money raised went directly to the Susan G. Komen Foundation of San Diego.
