Annie Leala Stokes of Emerald Hills was last seen walking out of her care facility at 5511 Roswell Street at 1 p.m. Saturday, police said.

Stokes was last seen wearing a red, white and orange nightgown, a blue nightgown underneath, and pink house slippers. Stokes was described as a black woman, 5-foot-4-inches tall, 115 pounds.
