Prince Charming? Harry makes a move at the Belly-Up Tavern

SOLANA BEACH (CBS 8) - Royal Mania is taking over San Diego. Prince Harry was spotted partying on a downtown rooftop, and over the weekend he was at the Belly-Up Tavern in Solana Beach. New questions are pouring in, like where will he be next, and who was that mystery brunette he was photographed with?

A spokesperson for the Belly-Up says they knew royalty was in town when they got a call from the feds.

"It was amazing, we got a call in the afternoon. The FBI actually called us and said Prince Harry would like to come to the Belly-Up and can we reserve a place for him. We were like yeah, I think we can do that," Meryl Klemow said.

The 27-year-old prince and his friends, which included two women, came to see Karl Denson's Tiny Universe and Vokab Company. Harry got to the club just after 9 p.m., wearing jeans, a flannel top and a baseball cap, asking for no special treatment. He had only one rule -- no pictures.

"People were trying to get cell phone pictures, people were wandering up because they got lost, so they were upstairs craning their neck around," Klemow said.

Someone did manage to snap a shot of the royal prince getting cozy with a brunette, whom sources say closely resembles Kate Middleton. The prince and the young lady, only known as "Jess," were seen dancing and holding each other.

The prince, who is third in line for the British throne, was very low-key. Most people found out about his visit through Belly-Up's Facebook page.

Prince Harry apparently left the club just after 1 a.m. There was no word on if he left with the mystery woman.

This isn't the first time Prince Harry has come to San Diego. He was just there a few weeks ago, visiting an Irish pub in Coronado and partying at the Ivy in the Gaslamp. Chances are, he'll be back this weekend. The question is, where?
