SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Seaport Village wanted to find a way to thank its local customers, who have remained loyal throughout the years so it came up with "Locals Appreciation Week."

News 8's Adrienne Moore was joined Monday by Terry Hall, the general manager at Seaport Village and also a scarecrow who's gearing up for the big Halloween bash happening Saturday.
