SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A new UCLA study paints a bleak picture of the San Diego housing market. It reveals that the county's sluggish economy will "grind along."

So, what should you do if your home is now devalued? Mike Litton, host of The Real Estate Zone on 760 KFMB, joined the News 8 Morning Show with advice for homeowners.
