Investment properties have their positives and negatives

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - With the stock market continuing to show volatility, baby boomers are looking for other viable options to keep the money flowing.

One option is buying an investment home and renting it out, but as Ray Lucia tells us in this week's Boomers and Beyond, that too has its risks.
