San Diego (CNS) - A 35-year-old man stabbed a teenager Friday after finding him vandalizing property in Linda Vista.
The incident happened at about 7:15 a.m. at Goshen Street near a bus station when the man saw the 16-year-old spray painting property. The man told him to stop but the tagger refused and a fight ensued, SDPD Lt. Andra Brown said.
The teenager was stabbed in the stomach, Brown said. He was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The man was taken into custody.
