SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A rental car office was robbed Friday night with the suspect escaping with cash but no injuries reported.
A man in his 30's entered Economy Car Rental at 1858 San Diego Ave. around 8:30 p.m. and, simulating having a gun, demanded cash from a worker, said Officer David Stafford of the San Diego Police Department.
The suspect, described as a man around 5 feet 9 inches, 180 pounds and wearing a black jacket and jeans, fled on foot with the cash, Stafford said.
