SAN DIEGO (CNS) - San Diego police Tuesday were investigating a scuffle between brothers in which one of the men was cut in the hand with a knife.

The knife attack in the 6900 block of Bettyhill Drive in Clairemont Mesa was reported about 4:50 p.m. Monday, said San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.

A 48-year-old man was allegedly cut by his 50-year-old brother, who remains at-large, police said.

The injury was not life-threatening, according to police.
